Responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and executing the operational processes of functional areas assigned. Will work closely with corporate and field partners to identify efficiencies, risks, and opportunities, and to provide financial analytics to support key business initiatives and decisions.


  • Analyze and report on performance to targets, budgets, and forecasts in functional areas assigned
  • Prepare timely, accurate, and consistent business trend analysis
  • Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of opportunity
  • Assist on financial models / analysis of historical trends and future expectations
  • Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Work cross functionally to establish and improve operational processes
  • Review accounting transactions for data accuracy
  • Maintain the highest level of accuracy and error-proofing in own work
  • Maintain a high level awareness of relevant business conditions, trends, etc. to provide the best possible insights
  • Participate in ad hoc business analysis projects as necessary
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of the factors impacting store financial performance
  • Detail oriented with exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the proven ability to adapt communication style based on the audience
  • Results oriented with the ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
  • Proven ability to generate creative ideas leading to improved performance
  • Coachable, open to new ideas, ways of work, and open to developing new skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and make significant individual contributions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook, Internet applications, including expert knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
